What ToolsHub is

ToolsHub is a single home for the small, practical utilities people reach for every day. Instead of installing separate apps or hopping between a dozen different websites — one to merge a PDF, another to format JSON, a third to work out an EMI — you get 161 focused tools in one fast, clean place, organised into 13 categories. Each tool is a single page that does one job well, with no tutorial wall and no sign-up in front of it.

The site is run by a small independent team that builds and maintains every tool here. We started ToolsHub because the existing options were often slow, cluttered with intrusive ads, gated behind accounts, or quietly uploaded your files to a server you knew nothing about. We wanted the opposite: quick, honest tools that respect your privacy and your time.

Privacy by default

The large majority of ToolsHub tools run entirely inside your web browser. When you drop in a PDF, paste some text, or type a few numbers, that data is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to us. Close the tab and it is gone — because it was never anywhere else in the first place.

A small number of tools genuinely need to reach the internet to do their job — resolving a domain's DNS records, checking an SSL certificate, or looking up WHOIS information, for example. Those are clearly labelled with a server badge, so you always know before you use one that the address you enter will be sent to our backend to perform the lookup. Everything else carries a 🔒 in your browser badge. We think that transparency should be visible on the tool itself, not buried in a policy page.

Accurate, and honest about it

The arithmetic behind our calculators is exact and tested. But some results depend on rules that genuinely vary — a university's formula for converting CGPA to a percentage, a bank's method for compounding a deposit, or the income tax that applies to a salary. In those cases we tell you plainly, let you choose or enter the right value, and treat the output as a close estimate rather than dressing it up as certainty. How ToolsHub is funded

ToolsHub is free to use and supported by advertising. Ads let us keep every tool free with no account and no watermark, and fund the work of building new tools and maintaining existing ones. We aim to keep advertising unobtrusive and never let it get in the way of the tool you came to use.
