ToolsHub provides free tools and calculators for general information and convenience. Please read how far you can rely on their results.
General information only
The tools, calculators, generators and articles on ToolsHub are provided for general informational and educational purposes, and as a convenience for common tasks. While we work hard to keep them accurate and useful, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of any tool or its output for a particular purpose. Any reliance you place on a result is strictly at your own risk.
Calculators are estimates
Our financial and academic calculators — including the EMI, SIP, FD, RD, compound interest, GST, salary, CGPA and percentage calculators — apply standard, widely used formulas, and the underlying arithmetic is tested. However, real-world figures often depend on rules that vary between institutions and change over time. For example:
- Universities and boards use different formulas to convert a CGPA to a percentage, and grading and attendance rules differ by institution.
- Banks may compound deposit interest differently and apply their own rounding, so an actual maturity value can differ from an estimate.
- Loan EMIs depend on the exact interest rate, fees and terms your lender offers.
- Take-home salary depends on your employer's salary structure and on income tax, which changes with the annual budget and your own declarations.
Because of this, the results should be treated as close estimates for planning, not as official or guaranteed figures. Always confirm important numbers with the relevant official source — your university, bank, lender, employer, or a qualified professional — before acting on them.
Not professional advice
Nothing on ToolsHub constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, academic or professional advice, and no tool is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your specific situation. Investment values can go down as well as up, and past or projected returns are not a guarantee of future performance. If you need advice, please consult an appropriately qualified adviser.
Server-based tools
Most ToolsHub tools run entirely in your browser. A few — such as DNS, WHOIS, SSL and email record lookups — send the domain or address you enter to our server so it can query public internet records on your behalf. These lookups reflect public data as reported at the time of the request and may be cached, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. See our Privacy Policy for how server-based tools handle data.

ToolsHub may link to third-party websites for reference or further information. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any external site, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsHub and its operators will not be liable for any loss or damage — including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools or from any reliance on their results. By using ToolsHub you accept this disclaimer. Your use of the site is also governed by our Terms of Use.
