HEX and RGB explained
A colour on screen is a mix of red, green and blue light. RGB writes that as three numbers from 0 to 255, like rgb(37, 99, 235). HEX is the same values in base-16, written as #2563EB — the format used most in CSS and design tools. This picker gives you both, so you can paste the colour straight into whatever you're working in.

How do I get the colour code from an image?
Drop the image in and click any point — the tool reads that pixel and shows its HEX and RGB values, which you can copy with a tap.
What's the difference between HEX and RGB?
They're two ways of writing the same colour. RGB uses three 0–255 numbers; HEX writes those in base-16 with a # prefix (like #2563EB). HEX is common in CSS.
